A sixty eight room, Michelin Key hotel in downtown Aspen, Mollie is a boutique hotel including a renowned restaurant, cafe, rooftop listening bar, and amenity spaces. Drawing from the rich history of Bauhaus-inspired architecture and design of the storied Aspen Institute, the hotel is an exercise in rigor and compositional minimalism. Paying homage to the hotel’s namesake, the Mollie Gibson silver mine, the rooftop bar evokes a rugged earthiness through hand-crafted ceramics. Utilizing the warmth of native materials, paired with intricate textiles and artwork inspired by influential Modernist artists and pattern-makers, Mollie achieves authenticity through restraint and attention to craft, and brings to life the history of Aspen’s arts, culture, and architecture.
